- Powerful, sparkling, cheerful and alive. Elegant aroma of candied white fruits, pleasant floral notes and a subtle toasted touch of light ageing.
- Tasty and elegant, with fine and creamy bubble, well integrated. Balanced, refreshing acidity and very sweet. Unmistakable notes of typicity where ripe apples and candied citrus stand out. Dry finish.

Preparation and Aging: Traditional Method (Champenoise), Tiraje with base. Second fermentation and
aged in a rhyme bottle. Extraction of lees in degueelle, dosing of expedition liqueur and filling. 9 months in bottle with its lees.

Presentation: Champagne bottle of 0.75 cl.
