Description
Pizarras de Otero Rosé 2019; Through an Early Harvest, the freshness of the grapes of these vineyards of greater vigor is enhanced, in which the cluster grows protected by vegetation.
Once the grapes enter the facilities, a direct pressing is carried out in which you get pink stick.
Fermentations are carried out at a fresh and controlled temperature (never more than 18o) in order to preserve to the maximum the aromas and freshness inherited from the fruit.

- Pink stick colour with medium layer.
- Very high intensity. Fresh aromas of red fruit such as strawberry, currant and berries with floral notes of violet.
- Mouth with structure and sweet. Good acidity that reinforces the sensation of freshness.
