Description

Eidosela Extra Brut Espumoso Bubbles of the Atlantic, is the first quality sparkling wine protected under the Rias Baixas Denomination of Origin that goes on the market and is the result of a 3-year work and research process.

The grapes are destemmed and crushed and then passed to the pneumatic press; then the must is destined to a tank to be defanged (decant) for a day, after that time the clean part is separated for fermentation (18ºC) and the sludge is filtered with the vacuum filter. After fermentation, the wine is racked to separate it from the lees.

  • Pale yellow color with golden reflections, fine bubble, persistent and elegant.
  • The nose is clean and fruity, aromas of apple and citrus with light touches of nuts.
