Description
Paco y Elisa 2019; All the fruit is selected, first in its own vineyard and later in the winery, before being destemmed and pressed. The entire process of handling the grapes within the facilities is achieved by gravity, without the use of any type of pasta pump.
Once the flower must is obtained, it is subjected to a settling process that lasts in the order of 5 to 6 days, at temperatures below 10o Centigrades.
After this same clean must, it undergoes fermentation vats at a controlled temperature in which the vat foot is already fermenting, coming from grapes harvested days before the start of the harvest.

- Visual phase: Straw yellow with slight greenish reflections.
- Olfactory phase: Intense aroma of citrus fruity notes, green apple, pineapple, peach and connotations of aromatic herbs of mint and lavender.
- Taste phase: Pleasant mid palate, mellow, good structure and balance, and with a final freshness, typical of the Treixadura.
