Description
Pazo Casanova Ribeiro Blanco 2018; In this wine there are four Galician white varieties, with the Treixadura bearing the singing voice.
The harvest is carried out manually, with a first selection of the fruit in the vineyard. Once in the winery, the grapes pass through a vibrating selection table, destemmed and macerated cold at 5oC.
Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Once finished, it rests with its fine lees for 6 months in the same deposits, then be bottled and stay ed for 2 months in bottle, for final refinement.
The small percentages of Albariño, Godello and Loureira give it a richness of nuances both in the nose and in the glass. A white to enjoy with a good seafood.
Protected winery in the Ribeiro Denomination of Origin since its inception.
