COCKLE Natural GÁLICA 45-55; The cockle is a bivalve mollusk that is extracted from fine sand bottoms and from the beds of the Galician Rías Baixas, especially the Ría de Arousa.

It has a characteristic “sea” flavor and a high nutritional value, with an important contribution of proteins, minerals such as calcium, iodine, magnesium, iron and vitamins A, E, B3 and B9.
