Description
Leirana Cos Pes Albariño 2018; Soil for the most part, sandy and granitic, accompanied by a climatology, specifically Atlantic. The plot yield is 1300 strains per hectare. Its basic winemaking process is fermentation with skins for 4 months, with weekly and manual pump-overs.
It is aged for about 12 months in used oak barrels of 500 liters each.
An ambitious project, with a great history. A family winery that is the founder of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. More than 100 years after this family began the cultivation and care of these strains of great Galician roots.
