Don Pedro de Soutomaior 4 Castes; autochthonous varieties cultivated in vineyards of the Rías Baixas and elaborated in the Pazo de Almuíña, cellar where its soul is extracted to obtain these four wines, unique.
The Treixadura 2017, is a “caste” of late maturation, characterized by its florality.
- It has a medium-high aromatic intensity. The aromas of white flowers, fresh aromatic herbs such as sage and thyme, are highlighted on a mineral background.
- It has a dense, fat and persistent mouth, in which the notes of fruits and flowers reappear.
The Loureira 2017, is a vigorous “caste” with high content of terpenic aromas.
- It has a high aromatic intensity. The aromas of laurel, fennel and rosemary stand out.
- It is very fragrant and floral (Gardenia and Magnilio) and highlights its fresh and light acidity.
The White Caíño 2017, is a “caste” with morphological characteristics of great rusticity.
- It has an aromatic intensity and high structure. Highlights include citrus and floral notes, green apple and memories of dry grass.
- It is a powerful wine, structured, persistent and of great freshness thanks to its acidity.
The Caíño Tinto 2017, is a “caste” of great rusticity and acidity.
- It has a medium-high aromatic intensity. The balsamic notes with a mineral background stand out.
- Soft, very fresh, enveloping and persistent entry with red fruit reminiscent of raspberry and wild strawberry.
