Description
La Val Barrica Albariño 2015; It is pressed and once the must is clean it is fermented in French Allier barrels of 225 litres capacity.
This resultant must, is bred in the same French oak barrels, for 6 months, with removed (batonnages) newspapers of its lees.
Then they are racked to a stainless steel tank, so that the wood and the fruit are properly integrated before their subsequent bottling for their tuning.
Tasting…..
- Golden yellow with greenish hues. Good aromatic intensity where fruit and wood are well-coupled.
- Good aromatic intensity where fruit and wood are well-coupled. So we have creamy shades of pastry, coconut, vanilla, toast, along with fruits, Peach, Pippin Apple and citrus notes.
