Description
Zárate Balado Albariño 2021; El Pago and El Balado are two small plots of Albariño strains in Sisán-Ribadumia. The Pago farm was replanted in 1950 with loam foot strains and has a south orientation with a shallow soil and poor in organic matter.
“Balo” in Galician means wall and this plot is surrounded by a granite wall. In its 2010 vintage it obtained 93 Parker points, the highest score ever received for a wine of this Denomination of Origin.

- Straw yellow color in sight with some greenish reflections.
- On the nose, white fruits stand out along with citrus fruits and some memories of tropical fruit.
- Good entrance in the mouth. Elegant and balanced. Good acidity. Citrus notes and mineral memories.
