Description
Eduardo Bravo Ribeiro Blanco 2020, is a Coupage of the Treixadura, Albariño and Torrontés varieties made and bottled by Bodegas Pazo Lalón.
Manual harvest, in boxes of 20 Kg. and fermented with a foot of vat at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where an aging of 6 months is carried out until it clarifies in a natural way.
Soils, most develop from granitic materials, with loam-sandy textures and to a lesser extent sandy-loamy. We also find soils of metamorphic shale materials, and those developed from sedimentary materials with more frank textures.
