Description

Castiñeira Albariño 2021; It comes from Albariño grapes collected in perfect state of ripeness, harvested and transported manually to the winery, in boxes of 25 kilos, from the vineyards located in the Salnés Valley.

Once the grapes are destemmed, a long and gentle pressing is carried out, so the must ferments spontaneously in stainless steel vats, for a subsequent rest and stabilization in it, until the moment of bottling and distribution.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
On the nose we appreciate intense notes of ripe fruit and citrus.
In the mouth it is powerful and structured, with a long finish where refreshing nuances of fresh fruit reappear.
