Description
AreOSO GOURMET Olive Oil Horse Fillet; small mackerel filletes (Scomber japonicus) of the Galaico – Portuguese coasts, without sangacho and hand-selected, subjected to careful quality control.
Preparation process: Mackerel, caught on the Galaico – Portuguese coasts with traditional fishing gear. Immediately it is transported to our facilities, to be filleted by hand by the extensive experience of our workers, thus obtaining a homogeneous and unbiased product.
The filletes are then cooked and passed to the packing table. Once canned, olive oil is added and closed and sterilized, ensuring the control of these processes to ensure optimal quality and preservation of the product.
