Once in areoso’s facilities,they are eviscerated and headed to be toasted in the traditional style and at the same time, they are selected and packed by the skillful hands of their operators.

The olive oil cover is then added, and the containers are closed and sterilized, all under strict quality controls that guarantee the preservation of the product without the need for artificial additives or preservatives.
