Pazo da Bouciña Expresion 2015; This winery is covered in the Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas and it is located in the heart of the SalnésValley, a legendary land in wine tradition, where the excellent Albariña grape has been cultivated for more than 100 years.

The cellar; Its stone construction (own in Galician) dates from 1975 and consists of housing surrounded by vineyards and gardens, giving it a characteristic air of Galician manor house.

The grape; The aromatics of the Albariña grape grow in very small bunches whose weight barely exceeds 125 grs. It is distinguished from other types of grapes by its high level of sugar and high degree of acidity transmitting an exclusive freshness and personality to these wines.

Limited edition of 5,000 liters per harvest.

Bright straw colour with golden reflections.
Aromas of white flowers, herbs and fruity expression.
Fresh, fructuous, tasty, balanced and elegant. Very easy to drink despite its aromatic complexity.

NOTE: We accompany the Tasting with some Oysters from the Ria de Arousa.
