Description

AREOSO GOURMET Olive Oil Sardines 16-22; it is a very demanding fish and presents a production process with quite laboriousness. Once factory reception, the sardines (Sardina pilchardus) is headed and eviscerated very carefully to avoid breakage and not spoil the presentation of the final product.

Immediately it is placed on grills passing them and submerging them in brine (water and salt), so that it gives it texture, flavor and hardness.

They are then subjected to their traditional weed and packed by hand in each pack. Once the olive oil coverage is incorporated, the containers are closed and sterilized, rigorously controlled processes that guarantee the preservation and quality of the product for years without the need to add preservatives or artificial addictives.

Once this whole process is complete, the packaging is ready for storage and subsequent distribution and sale.
