Galician Artisan Roasted Orujo, It is obtained from aguardiente of Orujo of the varieties of autochthonous Galician grape distilled in still for, later macerated and sweetened with toasted sugar, that gives that unmistakable color, flavor and aroma.
Suitable for the people to whom the Orujo seems too strong. The roasted pomace has lower alcoholic strength (28º) and a higher level of sugar, which makes its step by palate is softer and sweeter.
