Artisan Limonciño Liqueur Homemade, it is a distillate of 22 º obtained by means of the natural maceration of anises, aromatic plants and shell of lemons in a mixture together with bagasse of varieties of Galician grapes.
Once the necessary time has elapsed and under strict quality control, a second maceration is carried out in the packaging that sells the liquor. It is at this time when it produces, in a natural way, the extraction of essential oils from the lemon peel and when you get a perfect balance of flavors, aromas and color. It is, therefore, its naturalness and the absence of additives the secret of the success of our “Limonciño” and the peculiarity that gives it its unmistakable flavor.
