Description

Fonte do Frade Herb Liqueur made by Bodegas Pazo de Valdomiño through a cold maceration of Aguardiente de Orujo,with a selected botanical of the best herbs.

The process of this maceration lasts for at least 30 days, with subsequent distillation, obtaining a crystalline and perfectly assembled product.

The final product is sweetened, finally adding the characteristic color of herbal liqueurs. It is kept at rest for at least another six months for final refinement and bottling.

Protected by the Xeographic Denomination Orujos de Galicia.

Crystalline, ripe lemon color.
The sweet aromas of citrus fruits predominate, in addition to the fragrance provided by the different aromatic plants used.
