Description
Fonte do Frade Chocolate and Cherries is a liqueur obtained from pomace bagasse and made from a dairy base with a high fat content, which gives it unctuousness and persistence. Subsequent maceration for 60 days with cherries that will give you that great final fruity touch.
Very unctuous liqueur with chocolate flavor and with soft notes of cherries.
Tasting….
- Milk chocolate brown color, with reddish flashes.
- Strong presence of chocolate on the nose, with a fruity background reminiscent of chocolates filled with fruits in liquor.
- In the mouth it is creamy, fruity, sweet. Pleasant palate with a retro-taste in which the fruit (cherry) reappears. At no time does the alcoholic base mask the rest of the flavors. Taking it with ice leaves a final aftertaste reminiscent of chocolate ice cream.
Pazo de Valdomiño presents it in an elegant bottle type round jar of 0.70 cl.
