Flower Honey Apigal; The honeys of Galicia are usually composed of a wide range of different plants, which give it their special characteristics and recognized quality all over the world.

The species that contribute the most to our honeys are: chestnut, Silva (zarza), Brezo, Eucalyptus and wild plants such as clover, bells, scrofularia, boragináceas, cruciferous or fruit trees.

Carbohydrates, simple sugars, (fructose and glucose) and a small percentage of other sugars such as disaccharides
trisaccharides. It also contains complex polysaccharides that are part of cell walls
pollen grains, which naturally appear in honey.

Honey proteins are enzymes such as amylase, invertase, glucosidase and free amino acids
mainly proline, in addition all essential amino acids are present for people.

The most abundant mineral is potassium, followed by calcium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium.
