Description
Zárate Albariño 2020, is a fresh, balanced and elegant wine, its mineralization and natural acidity are the key elements for this balance. The vines of the vineyards of Bodegas Zárate have an average age of 35 years.
Since 1,994 all its plots are in Non-Labor with permanent natural roof and no herbicides are used which increases the biodiversity of the flora. In the care of the vineyard they carry out an environmentally friendly viticulture.
The harvest it is manual and on the plot itself a selection of grapes are made that are immediately destemmed and subjected to a gentle pressing obtaining a yield in low wort, after a slight settling ferments spontaneously in a steel tank and remains on fine lees for 3 months.
Bodegas Zárate has been an active part of the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin since its inception. Harvest of 56,000 bottles.
