Description
Viña Sobreira Aguardiente; It is obtained by distilling bagasse from the Denomination of Origin of Ribeiro, Rías Baixas and even Monterrei. Distilled and bottled in its own facilities in Castrelo – Cambados (Pontevedra).
It is recommended to brandy more than 42o, for the elaboration of the traditional burning, and a lower degree for taking through cold shot or mixed with coffee.

Recommended service temperature: Between 3 and 6º. Ice is not recommended.
