Description
Valtea Finca Garabato 2017, made from the fruit of the oldest strains of the farm called Garabato, previously selected every year and born in this beautiful and unmistakable farm on the river ño itself, where it borders with our Portuguese neighbors.
All the cultivation and harvesting work is done by hand, a practice that avoids the excessive loading of bunches to achieve a higher concentration of sugars and other reserves in the grape.
It is a very limited harvest of a full and intense terroir wine, maximum expression of a land, its climate and its historical moment.

- Very ripe fruit, pear jam, apple, fine lees.
- Wide entry in the mouth, very complex, glyceric and intense post-taste.
