Description
Torre do Olivar Ribeiro Tinto 2018; It is born from the hand of Bodegas y Viñedos Pazo do Mar, located in Feá, Toén, province of Ourense.
Traditional production with manual harvest, light maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, decanted by gravity, racking, bottling, rest and two months in bottle and market, early April 2018.
Tasting….
- Very elegant appearance, with an intense cherry colour and small violet nuances.
- It is a floral wine, very intense in the olfactory phase, with aroma of ripe red fruits, mainly raspberry and blackberries, and a slight liquorice nuance.
- On the palate it is lively but round and with a good mid palate, fruity and persistent. I swallow very easy.
