Teira X Ribeiro Blanco; The harvest is completely manual, with selection of the fruit in the vineyard itself. Once in the premises, the grapes are gently squeezed and pressed. The must passes through pneumatic press, and this is activated at 0.2 bar of pressure.

Description

Teira X Ribeiro Blanco 2018; It is a complex, mineral and fresh wine. Very balanced on the palate, elegantly shows the notes of fruity, slightly citrus on a mineral background. Fantastic to take time and with a lot of guard ahead given the good evolution it presents.

Finca Miñoteira is basically composed of evolved granitic soil, called in the area as, sábrego. Settled on hard-lasting mother rock with a significant content of stones and gravel that improve fruit sunstroke.
