Señorío de Rubios Espumoso Brut, is produced under the protection of the Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas since 2012 by Bodegas Coto Redondo.
These sparkling wines are characterized by being made with the base of the white county (Treixadura, Albariño, Loureira, Godello and Torrontés), which gives the wine a different and special touch.

- Pale yellow colour with certain greenish reflections in motion
- Presence of fruity touches, predominantly those of white stone fruit and certain citrus touches. Very subtle on the nose and elegant.
- It is perceived as fresh and light attack. The fruit load is clearly present again.
