Description

Señorío de Beade Ribeiro Blanco 2017; This winery is located in Beade, in the Valley of the river still and has stainless steel tanks automated temperature control, and other technology for the correct elaboration.

Vineyards, Elaborated after an exhaustive selection of the grape, which was harvested manually. The must obtained in the press is subjected to a slight static debourbage and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Pale straw yellow with greenish hues.
Fine Aroma, good intensity where white fruit and subtle floral notes appear. Rich in varietal and mineral expression.
In the mouth it is balanced, with good acidity that confers freshness, long and elegant, with a fresh and fruity aftertaste.

Note: We accompany it with a salad that includes Clear tuna in Spain olive oil.
