Description
Segrel Albariño 2021; Everything goes through a meticulous winemaking process that includes manual harvesting, selection table of bunch by bunch of grapes, pre-fermentative cryo-maceration, soft pneumatic pressing, fermentation and subsequent aging at controlled temperature.
Segrel Albariño, is the result of the mixture of 45% of must of first pressed without maceration and 45% of must, also of first pressed macerated, in addition to a small percentage that rounds, 10% of macerated flower must.
