Segrel Albariño 2018; Everything goes through a meticulous winemaking process that includes the, manual harvesting, grape cluster selection table, baby-pre-fermentation maceration, soft tyre pressing, fermentation and subsequent ageing at controlled temperature.
Segrel Albariño, is the result of the mixture of 45% of first-pressed must without maceration and a 45% of must, also of first pressed macerated, in addition to a small percentage that Ronda, the 10% of macerated flower must.
