Description
Sardines in Olive Oil GÁLICA 20-25 are another great find of Galician coastal gastronomy. With the same artisanal process maintained forever, they are coughing one by one gently.
Gradually they are looking for their ass in the can. The small pieces are then impregnated with the aromatic Olive Oil and after proper sterilization, they become resting and ripening in the cellar, with controlled temperature and humidity.
The maturation time, which can last from a few months to several years, is essential, as the taste of sardines improves ostensibly over time.
An overturned newspaper of the cans assures an exquisite and uniform taste appreciated by the lovers of the gastronomy.
