Description
Santiago Roma Albariño Selection 2020; Fruit of a careful harvest from our best grapes of old vines (average age of 40 years) and protected by the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin.
Made with Albariño monovarietal, destemming, cryo-maceration (cold maceration), teardrop must, cold racking, controlled fermentation between 18º and 20º, with native yeast (pie de vat) and aging on fine lees.
Tasting….
- View.. White, clean and bright, golden yellow.
- Nose.. Although discreet, it expresses the elegance of an Albariño with notes of dried eucalyptus and delicate memories of clean grass, with a fresh lemon-tangerine citrus touch, and an attractive touch of acacia flower.
- Mouth.. Its entrance shows the grapes from which it comes, and the memory of the sweet and clean must, which in its final step leaves balsamic memory of laurel.
