Description
Santiago Roma Albariño Selection 2018; Fruit of a careful harvest from our best grapes of old vines (mean age of 40 years) and protected in the Rías Baixas denomination of Origin.
Elaborated with monovarietal Albariño, destemming, crio-maceration (cold maceration), must tear, debourbage in cold, fermentation controlled between 18 º and 20 º, with autochthonous yeast (foot of Cuba) and Crianza on fine Lees.

- View.. White, clean and shiny, golden yellow.
- Nose.. Although discreet, it expresses the elegance of a Albariño with notes of dry eucalyptus and delicate memories of clean grass, with a fresh citrus-lemon-mandarin touch, and an attractive touch of acacia blossom.
- Mouth.. Its entrance lets you notice the grapes from which it comes, and the memory of the sweet and clean must, which in its final step leaves a memory of laurel balsamic.
