Roe from Sea Urchin to the Natural Porto-Muiños; Although its original specialization is algae native to the Galician Atlantic coast, currently this family business produces food of all kinds such as marine preserves.
Exploitation; Currently its way of capture is by professional diving techniques, with air from the surface. For its extraction the shellfish gatherers must have an Exploitation Plan approved by the Xunta de Galicia. At present the catch limits established are 100 kilos per crew member per day per shellfisher with a limit of 300 kilos per boat and in the case of shellfishing on foot the catch limit is set at 50 kgs/day.
