Description
Rivera WhiteVermouth; The creators opted for the hop variety (Humulus_lupulus) nugget, grown in Galicia, which gives the product its own character and a very complex taste and aroma in botanicals.
Hops come from a project that Hijos de Rivera undertook in 2004 to recover this crop in Galicia. Currently, in the fields of Mabegondo there are nine different varieties, such as Cascade and nugget.
Thus they achieved the double objective, a vermouth of classic range elegant and sober, but with a differentiating point as is typical of this company.
To do this, different combinations of botanicals were made until 105 prototypes were completed. From all of them, this White Rivera Vermouth emerged.
Tasting Note….
- Color: pale yellow with a bright appearance.
- Nugget hop aroma accompanied by complex herbal, vegetable nuances and earthy notes. Simultaneously it has a fine and sweet nose finish.
- In the mouth it has a body and bitterness is slightly more present than in other products in this category.
