Description
Ribera de los Naranjos Mencía 2016; produced by Bodegas Finca Míllara with the native varieties of Mencía and Sousón armed in the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin.
The harvest is carried out by hand in a box of 15 kg. and the grapes are cooled before being made for three days of maceration, fermenting with native yeasts in small deposits with controlled temperature, three daily bazookas and malolactic in barrels. the following is aged for 6 months in new French Alier barrels and 6 months of bottle refinement.
Plantation of the year 1994 to produce 2,186 bottles.

- Complex in aromas of compote red fruits and floral features.
- Silky and sweet at its entrance, with balsamic notes and very integrated tannins, good acidity. Great persistence at the end.
