San Simón Prestes Cured Cheese; With Protected Designation of Origin Quesos de Galicia, it is an artisan cheese produced with Galician blonde, alpine brown and Friesian cow’s milk.

It is a semi-cured cheese of pressed paste that follows a drying process of a minimum of 30 days and that is subsequently smoked with birch wood with a weight of 1 Kgr. approximately.

Queso Curado San Simón , with Protected Designation of Origin , is an artisan cheese produced with Galician blonde, Alpine brown and Friesian cow’s milk. It is semi-cured of pressed paste and follows a drying process of a minimum of 30 days, and then smoked with birch wood.

This artisanal production process gives it a mild flavor with very pronounced smoky nuances. Subsequently it is stored for maturation, for a time of not less than 45 days.

Ingredients: Pasteurized whole cow’s milk, rennet, lactic ferments, calcium chloride and salt. Cured and smoked.

Presentation: Characteristic and unmistakable shape, between spinning top and bullet, finished in point.
