Description
Peza do Rei Godello 2019; It is a multivarietal composed of Godello, Treixadura and Albariño and working in stainless steel tanks, for 4 months on its own lees, and two others in bottle for final tuning.
Once the grapes have been receptioned in the winery, it undergoes a gentle pressing, then pass through a dynamic settling by flotation. After a short rest, the must is racked for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (13-15oC) which is expected to last between 12 and 15 days.
After finishing this, the wine is racked again and remains at rest for a minimum of 3 to 4 months, in contact with its own lees before bottling.
The last phase before its commercialization consists of a bottle rest, about 2 months for final tuning.

- Straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections.
- Highly aromatic, fruity and mineral.
- Soft attack on the palate, balanced, creamy and with great persistence. Round and pleasant finish.
