Description
Peza do Rei Godello 2017; It is a multivarietal composed of Godello, Treixadura and Albariño and worked in stainless steel tanks, for 4 months on its own lees, and another two in bottle for final refinement.
Once the grapes are received in the winery, they undergo a gentle pressing, then go through a dynamic settling by flotation. After a short rest, the must is racked for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (13-15oC) which is expected to last between 12 and 15 days.
After finishing this, the wine is racked again and remains at rest for a minimum of 3 to 4 months, in contact with its own lees before bottling.
The last phase before its placing is a rest in the bottle, about 2 months for its final tuning.
Tasting….
- Straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections.
- Highly aromatic, fruity and mineral.
- Soft attack on the palate, balanced, creamy and with great persistence. Round and pleasant finish.
