Description
Pazo da Bouciña Expression 2018; This winery is protected by the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin and this is located in the heart of the Salnés Valley,a legendary land in winemaking tradition, where the excellent Albariña grape has been grown for more than 100 years.
The winery; Its construction in stone (own in Galician) dates from 1975 and consists of housing surrounded by vineyards and gardens, giving it a characteristic air of Galician manor house.
The grape; The aromatic Albariña grape grows in very small bunches whose weight barely exceeds 125 grs. It is distinguished from other types of grapes by its high level of sugar and high degree of acidity transmitting an exclusive freshness and personality to these wines.
Limited edition to 5,000 liters per harvest.
