Pazo da Bouciña Albariño, a project undertaken by three young people from the sub-zone of O Salnés, whose methodology was transmitted by their previous generations, and which they knew how to take advantage of and add their own knowledge and experience.

Description

Pazo da Bouciña Albariño 2022; Bacchus silver award 2012 awarded by the Spanish Union of Tasters and Brussels 2012 silver medal, winner Festa do Albariño in 2014, in Cambados (Pontevedra).

Young and attractive wine, with an Atlantic accent and protected by the Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas. Made exclusively with grapes of the Albariño variety through the selection of yolk must and made in stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation.

Pazo da Bouciña is an Albariño that at first glance has a clean and bright yellow appearance.
On the nose good power and outstanding aromatic intensity with floral and fruity memories.
In wide mouth with energy and at the same time unctuous and delicate very balanced, it has a long and pleasant finish.
