Description

Pazo Baión Albariño 2018, The unique characteristics of the granitic soil of cultivation, the high age of the vines and the different orientations of the vineyard, transmit to this wine a great typicality and sensory complexity.

The wine has a great aromatic intensity, highlighting the citrus notes, with a fresh mid palate, with a lot of volume.

Straw yellow colour with bright flashes.
It stands out for its intense varietal perfume where floral aromas (azahar and jasmine) and other fruity aromas dominate with citrus notes and tropical notes.
On the palate, silky and elegant, it displays its marked aromatic finesse without losing that young, fresh, mineral and enveloping taste.
