Tasting…. by Paco Castro.
- Colorless, steely and shiny.
- Aromas of very good intensity, vegetable and stone fruit memories, clean and delicate alcohol that does not bother.
- Slightly dry with good intensity, glyceric, unctuous, with a slight bitterness that gives it personality. Silky, persistent finish, very Galician.
