Description
Mauro Estevez Ribeiro Blanco 2017, the elaboration process begins with the meticulous and personal care of each of its vines, collect the grapes manually in small boxes of 18 kg, to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition to the winery.
Already in the cellar, They proceed to the destemming and macerated of the grape with carbonated snow for 3 hours and a subsequent pressing, of which they obtain a must of optimum quality.
After this fermentation, the wines are resting in the tanks for 7 months, after subsequent filtering, the manual bottling of each of the bottles that make up our harvest is carried out, which will rest for 2 months at an ideal temperature for its maturation.

- Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean, transparent and bright.
- Great intensity, white and yellow flowers, roses and orange blossom, ripe fruit, apple, pear, tangerine skin, melon, peach and certain salt and mineral notes.
- Good structure and light fat texture, soft and silky inlet, well-marked acidity that makes it fresh, Atlantic and very long. Feeling of a lot of fruit and freshness.
