Description
Máis de Cunqueiro Torrontés Ribeiro Blanco 2018, is a very original monovarietal, pure reflection of the most indigenous of the area because only a single native variety, recovered from its near disappearance, the Treixadura, intervenes. . This variety gives the wine elegant floral and stone fruit aromas.
Selected and manual harvest. Traditional and separate winemaking. Cold maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at about 12-15º.
Cata….
- Bright straw yellow colour with fine greenish reflections. Clean and somewhat glyceric.
- Very expressive aromas, with an intense tropical fruit, exotic that is mixed with aromas of stone fruit and some very fresh white fruit. Subtle spicy and balsamic touches, herbaceous on an intense floral background. Elegant complexity.
- Very good attack, which quickly envelops the mouth with notes of fruit, fleshy and tasty, which we already find on the nose. Very fresh thanks to a good acidity and the great presence of balsamic. Light bitter touches at the end, which is long and fruity. An elegant and expressive wine.
NOTE: We accompany the tasting with Pickled Mussels Galica.
