Description
Lagariza Finca Míllara Mencía 2018, for the production of this wine Bodegas Lagariza,once the alcoholic and malolactica fermentations are finished, the wine, is precipitated by natural decanting with several rackings.
It then stays for a minimum of 6 months in steel tank, for subsequent bottling and aging in the bottle.
The winery,with an area of 700 m2, is a construction of medieval origin, in oak wood and stone from the area. Located in the hamlet of A Míllara, in the heart of Ribeira Sacra,it is a privileged enclave in the canyons of the Minho River. It is semi-buried, as a continuation of the natural slope of the terrain where it is interlocked, which guarantees a constant temperature and naturally throughout the year.
