La Val Albariño 2017. Made with the Albariño variety from its own vineyards, located in the south of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.
Monovarietal complex of grapes from own farms; Taboexa (13 Ha), located 300 meters above sea level, with sandy and granitic soil, typical of the appellation, which brings all the freshness characteristic of this wine, Arantei (35 Ha), at 30 meters above the level of the sea, an exceptional soil, very clayey and with numerous boulder, which give much mineral and fruit complexity; and Pexegueiro (9 Ha) of granitic soil and sandy loam texture.

Bright straw yellow color.
Intense and enveloping on the nose, very atlantic and fresh, white and exotic fruits, apple, lime, citrus fruits such as grapefruit, balsamic sensations, laurel, aromatic herbs and a mineral and floral background.
Tasty mouth, with fresh acidity and memories of apples and pears. Pleasant and persistent ending.

Vineyards: Approximately 60 hectares of own land divided into two farms: Sandy and boulder in Arantei and granitic and stony in the Taboexa.
Vinification and Aging: Maceration for 6 hours at 8º Celsius. Fermentation of the flower must in stainless steel tanks, between two and three weeks, at a mechanically controlled temperature.
Varietal: 100% Albariño.

Alcoholic Graduation: 12.5 º.
Presentation and Capacity: Elegant Bordeaux bottle of 0.75 cl.
