Habelas Hailas Cream Nougat Almonds; Made with bagasse of Orujo Gallego, to which is added a dairy base with subsequent maceration with a selection of native almond, accompanied by a botanic of its own arranged by the distillery.

Habelas Hailas is a Galician company dedicated to the production of distillates of very good quality.

  • Pale yellow color.
  • Classic notes of nougat, predominating almonds.
  • In the entrance in the mouth it presents lactic and sweet notes, with a clear presence of the almond and a clear final touch of classic nougat in the aftertaste. Creamy and sweet.

Distillation: Distillation of cream by steam drag.

Process: Addition of the dairy compound to the traditional Galician Pomace and subsequent maceration with almonds and botanicals.

Presentation and capacity of the container: Cylindrical frasca of 0.70 cl

Recommended service temperature: Between 2 and 6º. Cold glass. By adding ice we will get the feeling of having an ice cream.
