Habelas Hailas Crema Mango Coco, made with bagasse of Orujo Gallego to which a dairy base is added with subsequent maceration with a selection of Mango and own botanical.
Habelas Hailas is a young Galician company dedicated to the production of distillates of very high quality, always following the parameters of the ancient traditions.
Tasting….
- Pale orange color.
- On the nose appear stone fruits (apricot, peach) and tropical fruits (mango and coconut).
- On the palate it is creamy and sweet, reappearing the classic stone fruits. Creamy finish and very nice.

Distillation: Distillation of cream by steam drag.
Process: Addition of the dairy compound to the traditional Galician Pomace and subsequent maceration with Mango and Botanicals.
Bagasse variety: Treixadura, Godello, Loureira and Albariño.

Presentation and capacity of the container: Cylindrical frasca of 0.75 cl.
Recommended service temperature: Between 2 and 6º. Cold glass. By adding ice we will get the feeling of having an ice cream.
