Description
Guímaro San Pedro Mencía 2020; Vineyards of different plots of the area of Amandi, in San Pedro de Baños, with more than 65 years of age of their vines in slate soils with betas of iron, quartz and mica.
These red varietals, used for the elaboration of this excellent broth, are grown in vineyards in a totally artisanal way and manner, and cared for in spectacular steep areas, called so-boxes, in the Amandi area, one of the five sub-zones that make up the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin.

Processing and Aging: A manual harvest is carried out, with 40% stems and then fermented in a traditional way. Aging of 18 months in oval fudre of 3,000 liters.
Varietals: 80% Mencía, 20% Caiño, Sousón, Merenzao, Brancellao, Garnacha, Mouratón and Negreda.
